In partnership with Careers with STEM, QUT brings you insights from three scientists at different stages of their careers. Here are five essential tips to guide you on your path to a successful science career, drawing directly from the experts.
High industry demand for sustainable engineers

Vocational Opportunities
What is a VET course
Vocational education and training—or VET—is learning that directly relates to getting a job. The VET system delivers education and training services to students, jobseekers or persons who are already employed. VET also plays a significant role in senior school studies. School-based training allows you to study a recognised qualification while at school which can count towards your Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) and/or Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR).
